Transactional Lawyer

The firm is currently seeking a highly motivated and result oriented new graduate/recently graduated lawyer to join its legal team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Laws Degree.
• 0 - 4 years of experience.
• Excellent command in English writing and speaking.
• Computer literacy.
• Male/ Female, Thai nationality.
• Lawyer license is not required as this opening is a transactional lawyer position.

The successful candidate will have the opportunities to work in non-trial work environments. He or she will be trained and expected to conduct legal research, review or draft agreements, handle the real estate transactions at land registration offices and do other aspects of a transactional attorney. This opening is a great opportunity for new graduates with interest in the career path of becoming a transactional lawyer.

Trial Lawyer

The firm is currently seeking an experienced trial lawyer to join its legal team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Laws Degree.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in court representation and/or arbitration.
• English proficiency is preferred.
• Computer literacy.
• Male/ Female, Thai nationality.
• Lawyer license is required.

The successful candidate will have the opportunities to work in trial work environments. He or she will be expected to work independently to conduct legal research, review dispute documents, participate in negotiation and settlement, prepare the court papers, handle the lawsuit and the arbitration and do other aspects of a trial attorney.
