LITIGATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Overview

Pretrial Dispute Resolution

While litigating in court is certainly a weapon of last resort, in many commercial disputes we find that the parties may be able to come to the satisfactory settlements.

Our attorneys have extensive experience in advising and representing clients in the negotiation prior to filing the case to the court. Our expertise covers shareholdersf dispute, partnership dispute and commercial dispute.

Litigation

We represent clients both foreign and local in the all court of laws on civil and commercial cases and other cases in Thailand. Our area of expertise is commercial litigation including contracts/agreements, shareholdersf disputes, international sales disputes, insurance disputes and construction disputes.

In the event that any commercial disputes occur with a counter party in Thailand, we will be working closely with clients to resolve the issue. The commercial dispute could be a situation where a buyer defaults on payment of goods or seller delivers the goods with out of specification quality.

Arbitration

Arbitration is a popular mean of dispute resolutions between foreign and local parties. Arbitration is less time consuming than court. In arbitration parties can choose the arbitrators with proper expertise in a variety of areas including business, engineering and other areas.

We represent the foreign and local clients in the local arbitration proceedings and enforcing the awards of foreign arbitration. Our team of trial lawyers has expertise in this area.
